One Capital Consumer (OCC) was established in January 2025 with a mission to preserve and develop Vietnam’s heritage food brands that embody the essence of national culture.
With a portfolio that includes iconic names such as Kem Tràng Tiền (since 1958) – a culinary symbol of Hanoi, Givral Bakery (since 1950) – a renowned Saigonese pastry brand, and Fuji Foods – a pioneer in the frozen food industry, OCC is committed to honoring and safeguarding the essence of brands that have stood the test of time. At the same time, we continuously innovate to build sustainable development models for the future.

Board Member, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Mr. Le Dinh Quang graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the United States and has held various leadership and operations management roles across different organizations. On April 21, 2022, he was appointed CEO of OCH by the Board of Directors, and his appointment was approved at the 2022 Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2022. As CEO, he played a key role in driving the development of OCH’s core business areas in real estate and hospitality. On January 15, 2025, through Resolution No. 15/2025/NK24-29/NQ-HĐQT-OCH, the Board of Directors announced his dismissal from the CEO position and appointed him Deputy CEO of One Capital Hospitality.

Huynh Minh Viet
Board MemberBorn in 1983, Mr. Huynh Minh Viet holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University. With over 15 years of experience in finance and investment, he previously worked in M&A at Morgan Stanley (USA) and advised global funds and corporations investing in Vietnam. He served as CEO of BioSpring, a biotechnology company, and as CEO of LeadvisorSanei Hospitality Holdings (LS Holdings), a joint venture between Leadvisors Capital Management and Sanei Kenchiku Sekkei. He was elected to the OCH Board of Directors during the 2022 Annual General Meeting, serving the remainder of the 2019 – 2024 term

Nguyen Duc Minh
Board Member, CEO of OCHBorn in 1984, Mr. Nguyễn Đức Minh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Northern Illinois University (USA), as well as a Certificate in Hotel Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University (USA). He has over 15 years of experience in hotel consulting, investment, and operations. Prior to joining OCH, he held key positions including Deputy Head of Corporate Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam, Deputy General Director at Dusit Princess Moonrise Phu Quoc, and Director of Hotel Development at IDS Equity Holdings. Since April 2024, he has served as an Independent Board Member of Ocean Group (OGC). On January 15, 2025, he was officially appointed CEO of One Capital Hospitality (OCH) by the Board of Directors.
